The publication for the exhibition and film event LOCATION:GEORGIEN had accompanied Irina´s curatorial debut in Berlin, and should serve as a welcome reminder of the wide range of cultural life in her country. The concept for the edition was developed in collaboration with graphic designer Andrea Tinnes. The brochure consisting of 20 short stories and presents the texts and photo contributions of German directors, photographers, artists and journalists made during their visits to Georgia from 1996 till 2006. Different visions of German culture professionals describe specific aspects of the country from various viewpoints.

Die Broschüre (Faltposter) wurde anlässlich der Ausstellung und Filmevent LOCATION:GEORGIEN herausgegeben und begleitete Irina Kurtishvilis Berliner Debüt – als Kuratorin. Das Konzept wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit der Grafikdesignerin Andrea Tinnes entwickelt und ausgearbeitet. Die Edition umfasst 20 Beiträge aus der Zeit von 1996 bis 2006 und zusammenführt die Aufsätze und Fotografien deutscher Filmemacher, Fotokünstler, Journalisten und Filmwissenschaftlern, die sich mit dem Filmland Georgien auseinandersetzen.
